AllRad Direct partners with employers, insurers, TPAs, PPOs, worker's compensation and case management companies. AllRad Direct performs appointment scheduling, credentialing, network development, reporting, and claims administrationso your case managers don't have to.
Nationwide scheduling is available with just one simple call to our national service center at 1-800-MRIS(6747). We are also pleased to accept referrals directly into our system via our secure website. Our client service representatives locate a facility convenient to the patient, schedule the exam, and confirm the appointment with the patient and case manager/adjuster.
Completion of the appointment is confirmed, and in the event of a "no show," the patient is contacted to re-schedule. After completion is confirmed, medical reports are faxed within 24-48 hours, with "stat" reports accommodated by request.
AllRad Direct has centralized billing, so adjudication and payment is made simple. AllRad submits a HCFA 1500 bill to our clients and ensures that the medical report is sent to the referring physician and/or case manager. We take care of claims adjudication and payment to all of our radiology providers.

All of our contracted facilities are credentialed according to ACR and NCQA standards to ensure the highest quality care.
Resources are maintained to address the need for over reads. A panel of AllRad Direct sub-specialized radiologists is available. If the over read is being requested on a film previously read by an AllRad Direct radiologist, the fee is waived.
Reports are available to our clients as necessary to assist with utilization management. Encounter data is collected by modality and referring physician, as well as cost savings.
